Manabloc Plumbing System
The MANABLOC is a manifold home-run plumbing system. Similar to a home's electrical system, the MANABLOC system has individual Vanex PEX lines running from a central manifold to each side of each fixture in the home.
The MANABLOC control unit has individual shut-off valves to allow the homeowner to turn off a single fixture without effecting the rest of the home. The valves are labeled to indicate which fixture it controls in the home.
The system distributes water efficiently and economically. By sizing the lines according to the demand of each fixture, homeowners enjoy much faster hot water delivery which results in significant water and energy savings. The 1 1/4" reservoir in the MANABLOC maintains more consistent supply of water pressure reducing the potential for drastic temperature changes at fixtures; even when other fixtures are operated simultaneously. The performance of a conventional plumbing system during multiple fixture operation can't compare to a MANABLOC system.

Hydro-Jet Drain Cleaning Service
Cable machines are used to remove tree roots and break through solid obstructions. They are, however, less effective in removing softer blockages such as grease and other buildup. Cable machines will bore holes through sludge but they don't clean and push the debris out of pipes the way jetting does.
How Does Hydro Jetting Work?
High-pressure water jetting is an efficient way to clean drain and sewer lines. It's quick, economical and environmentally safe, and can be used on many types of pipe. Using state-of-the-art pumps and flexible hoses, ordinary water is propelled under varying amounts of pressure into the sewer line. A special nozzle mounted on the end of a heavy-duty hose has an array of forward and reverse jets to direct powerful cleansing streams of water all the way to the pipe walls, cutting through even the toughest blockages.
Tankless Water Heaters
How do they work? When a hot water tap is opened, the cold water enters the heater and triggers the heating elements or burners to turn on. Your hot water tap acts as an ignition key for the energy used to heat the hot water you need. The water is then heated as it flows through the heating elements or heat exchanger. As you change the water flow, a water valve or thermostat controls the heating elements or burner flame to maintain a constant temperature. The amount of energy used is always proportional to the volume of hot water being used. When the hot water tap is turned off, the system shuts down. The water temperature can be adjusted to produce outlet temperatures ranging from 100° to 140° F.
